To The Palace

"Every grain of sand here is completely saturated with crime, and everyone belongs to the crime syndicate. They hold this city in their clutches, controlling all the people who live here, and the Emir and his retinue are just fake faces to shine in the main Palace before the public.
I know almost everyone by name, but I cannot cut off the heads of the shadowy rulers alone. All I can do is help the needy on the streets, and foil the thugs' attempts at extortion in the markets. I guess they don't like me, if my struggle is paying them any attention at all.
Someday, it will be over, and I won't look at the Palace with contempt... Someday..."
